The Legal Channel is growing quickly, and we’re always on the lookout for talented individuals and partner organizations who want to make a difference. On our Opportunities page, you’ll find information about:
Careers
Interested in working with us?
We periodically have openings for roles such as legal affairs correspondents, research analysts, producers, video editors, and social media managers. A career at the Legal Channel means joining a team that is passionate about law and storytelling. We offer a dynamic work environment where journalists and lawyers collaborate closely. Current job listings and application instructions are available on our site.

Internships & Fellowships
For students and recent graduates, we offer internship programs in both our editorial and production departments. An internship might have you fact-checking a story one day, and helping out on a live shoot the next. We also partner with law schools and journalism schools on fellowships that allow young professionals to spend a semester with us, developing content and gaining real-world experience at the intersection of media and law.
Guest Contributors & Volunteers
Not looking for a full-time job but still want to be involved? We have opportunities for freelance article writers and guest commentators (especially if you have legal expertise on a specific topic). Additionally, you can volunteer to help at our public events or in moderating community forums. We believe in community engagement, so even if you just have a great idea for a show or segment, we want to hear from you – sometimes the best collaborations start with a simple pitch from a viewer.

Partnerships
The Legal Channel thrives on collaboration. If you represent a law firm, educational institution, nonprofit, or corporate legal department and want to partner with us – whether it’s to co-host an event, sponsor a program, or develop a custom media project – we’re open to ideas. Past and ongoing partnerships have included co-sponsored legal literacy campaigns and special report series funded by grants. We’re excited to work with others who share our mission of legal empowerment.
